Express Signs provides products and services including custom signs, banners, decals, stickers, printed apparel, embroidered apparel, school and organization apparel, company apparel, and other custom-produced items.
Many of our products are produced specifically for the customer after an order is placed.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, sizes, colors, pricing, and photographs accurately.
Actual colors may vary slightly because of differences in computer monitors, mobile devices, garment dye lots, materials, printing processes, and other production factors.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product selections, sizes, colors, quantities, personalization, and other order details before submitting an order.
Orders and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order through our website does not guarantee that we will be able to accept or fulfill the order.
Express Signs reserves the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including situations involving pricing errors, product availability, production limitations, suspected fraud, unauthorized artwork, or other circumstances that prevent us from completing the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received and no product has been provided, the applicable payment will be refunded.
Pricing and Payment
Prices displayed on the website are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required according to the payment options available during checkout.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including PayPal.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or product-information errors. If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact the customer before proceeding when appropriate.

Custom Orders and Quotes
Custom-order and quote requests submitted through our website are requests for review and are not automatically accepted as orders.

Customer-Supplied Artwork and Content
Customers who provide logos, photographs, graphics, text, trademarks, names, designs, or other content to Express Signs are responsible for ensuring they have the right or permission to use and reproduce that material.
By submitting artwork or other content for production, you represent that you have the necessary rights or authorization for Express Signs to reproduce it for your order.
Express Signs may decline work that we reasonably believe infringes intellectual property rights, violates applicable law, or cannot appropriately be produced.
Artwork Approval
When Express Signs provides a proof, mockup, or design for customer approval, the customer is responsible for reviewing all details carefully before approving production.
This includes spelling, names, numbers, dates, colors, layout, quantities, sizes, and other design details.
Once customer-approved artwork enters production, changes may not be possible and additional charges may apply if work must be reproduced because of an error contained in customer-supplied or customer-approved artwork.
Production
Many Express Signs products are custom-produced or decorated after the order is received.
Production times may vary depending on the product, quantity, artwork, materials, product availability, and current workload.
Any production or completion estimate is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options and available rates are displayed during checkout when applicable.
Shipping may be provided through carriers including USPS and UPS.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Express Signs is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer-provided addresses, carrier disruptions, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we become unable to ship an online merchandise order within the time promised or otherwise required by applicable law, we will handle the delay, cancellation opportunity, and refund as required by applicable law.
Local Pickup
When local pickup is available and selected, the customer is responsible for collecting the order according to the pickup instructions provided by Express Signs.
Customers should wait until they receive confirmation that an order is ready before attempting pickup.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact Express Signs as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests received before production begins.
Because many products are made specifically for the customer, changes or cancellations may not be possible after production has started.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, replacements, exchanges, cancellations, damaged shipments, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.
Custom, personalized, printed, embroidered, and made-to-order products may have return restrictions because they are produced specifically for the customer.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact Express Signs promptly according to the instructions in our Refund and Returns Policy.
Customers may be asked to provide photographs of the product, packaging, shipping container, and shipping label.
Do not discard damaged products or packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
Customer Accounts
Customers may create an account through the Express Signs website.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for providing accurate account information.
